Jennifer Steinmann


As President, Jennifer’s focus is on maintaining agency growth, namely best-in-class client satisfaction, creative work and agency talent in addition to agency new business and general agency management. Jenn is also responsible for the Account Management group with an established team of senior business directors who are as driven as Jenn in cultivating world-class partnerships.

Starting with a strong focus on aligning client and agency values and vision as the foundation of the relationship, she challenges her teams to bring strategic and creative synergies to all initiatives and, most critically, to delivering successful business solutions. With over 15 years working in client management, Jennifer has experience that includes both local and international client assignments.

A very persuasive leader with a terrific reputation in client management, Jennifer has fueled her own brand at agencies like Saatchi & Saatchi, where she led the Toyota business, McCann Erickson, where she had leading international account management responsibilities as the European Client Services Director, based in Germany, and Gee Jeffery & Partners and MacLaren McCann, where she held Account Director positions both locally and nationally. Jennifer continually encourages her account teams to raise the bar for client satisfaction and service standards, and to keep listening to their clients and embrace the business as if it were their own. “Through total account ownership, our clients’ business success is our success.”
