Four Seasons Hotels represents the global standard in luxury. Since 1991, their property marketing program (produced in seven languages) has celebrated the unique Four Seasons experience. To keep the system efficient and sustainable, Cundari built comprehensive guidelines and digital tools, including the proprietary BrandCoach® for Presentations. This new brand architecture captured hotels, resorts and private residences while maintaining the attributes of the corporate program, helping transform Four Seasons from a hotel business into “the business of luxury.”
