Cundari Creates New Campaign for French-Language Education in Ontario

MONTREAL, February 2, 2016 – French-Language Education in Ontario (FLE) has recently launched an advertising campaign to promote the benefits of education in its French-language schools. Created by Cundari, the campaign addresses the need for FLE to make the French-language education system better known in Ontario and to promote its growth.
“French-language education plays a key role in the vitality of the francophone community in Ontario. Maintaining its strength and development is essential,” says Lise Gélinas, provincial campaign coordinator promoting FLE.
FLE is an important network of Catholic and public schools, colleges and universities. It offers a wide range of programs and services in French, from early childhood to adulthood. It also contributes to making individuals truly fluent in both French and English.
“Since 2009, we have been proud to be working with FLE in order to increase awareness of francophone schools. The strong collaborative spirit of the FLE members has led us to review and optimize the strategic approach,” says Erwan Picard, Group Account Director at Cundari.
An innovative television message was developed and is currently being broadcast on conventional and specialty channels. In addition, digital content variations such as pre-roll video and traditional banners support the campaign.
“The concept of the television message is to reverse the roles of parents and child. It is the latter who seeks to convince his parents that his future depends on the choice of school in which he will study. The child uses very mature and bilingual expressions, showing the learning potential at French-language schools in Ontario,” said Sébastien Tessier, Creative Director.
