Midea’s dated website was hard for consumers to navigate and content authors to update. While B2B customers trusted Midea, a more consumer-oriented brand focus needed to be created.
Through workshops with Midea stakeholders, Cundari developed a strategic consumer journey that communicated the updated consumer centric web experience.
This position informed the updated modern design and tools that consumers use in their everyday online shopping experience. With a mobile-first methodology and framework – plus features like the 3D interactive product model, Magnolia CMS enterprise content management system, and useful online tools – Cundari delivered a modern experience for Midea consumers.
