In 2008, a new telecom player was getting ready to enter the market – Koodo. As part of Koodo’s brand launch, we developed a mobile website that embraced the early days of customer self-service. Our in-house development teams allowed users to pay their bills, manage their devices and even activate their new phone, all through an easy-to-navigate dashboard. We also created a tool that let users calculate the cost of a plan and suggested targeted promotions based on their total. CHECK THIS: Since the launch, our technology group has been the go-to team for the execution of all digital initiatives on the Koodo site.
